Iranian Street Food
For our first taste testing, we went to a restaurant called Mohammad Sibil, which prepared Anchovies, white fish, Fesenjan Khotka and Vavishka stew, which are famous and popular dishes of this region and Iranians, which in fact were very tasty.
Vavishka stew is prepared from a combination of minced meat, onion and fried potatoes. It is just wonderful.
Fesenjan stew is one of the most popular dishes in northern Iran and all Iranian people, which is prepared from walnut kernels, meat, pomegranate paste, pepper, salt and onion and it is very tasty.
