Iranian Street Food! Mr. Taster and Mark Wiens in the old and exciting Rasht Bazaar

Following the trip with Mark Wiens to Gilan province and the beautiful city of Rasht, we visited the attractive and spectacular market of this city. An amazing market full of life with shops selling a variety of local delicacies. We went to a shop that made a special and popular type of sweet in this area. Mark was very excited to see Reshteh Khoshkar a traditional Gilani sweet. The main ingredients of this sweet are rice flour, sugar, walnut kernels, and aromatic spices such as cardamom and cinnamon. In the other part of Rasht market, there are kebabs that are very famous and you can try all kinds of delicious kebabs there.
