Mark Wiens and I went on a tour of Iran in the beautiful city of Rasht to prepare a report on the production and preparation of Iranian caviar, which is the best and most quality type of caviar in the world. Black caviar is obtained from Beluga sturgeon of the Caspian Sea and is one of the most delicious foods in the world. At this factory black caviar is taken out of the Beluga sturgeon, which weighs about 40 kilos, and then washed and salted. Tasting the excellent and fresh caviar, was a very exciting experience for me and Mark Vince. Finally, we tried fresh caviar and crab for lunch, which were very tasty.
